WHAT IS MIXING TIME?
0 min - 72 hours. The mixing time depends on the the bitcoin network operation and your delay settings. The average time is 20-40 minutes for the confirmation that is needed for income/outcome transactions. If you set a delay as we advise, this time would increase according to your settings. We highly recommend to set a delay for at least 2 hours, which will highly increase mixing strength.

HOW LONG IS THE SENDING ADDRESS VALID FOR
The sending address is valid for 24 hours, after that, if you didn’t deposit coins, the order will be automatically deleted. Please don't send any amount after the timer is run out. In case you didn’t have enough time to deposit an amount, please create a new order.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY COINS IF I DEPOSIT TWICE AT THE PROVIDED ADDRESS?
If you send coins to the provided address more than once, the following scenarios may occur:
1. Double send before the first transaction confirmation: If you've sent coins a second time before the first sent amount has been confirmed by the blockchain network, the system will perceive this as an error. Both sent amounts won't be processed. You'll need to contact our support service for a refund.
2. Double send after the first transaction confirmation: If you've sent coins a second time after the first sent amount has been confirmed, the system will only process the first transaction. The second sent amount will be ignored. To retrieve this amount, you'll also need to contact our support service.
3. Double send to an address after its removal from the system: If coins were sent to an address for which the order has already been automatically removed from the system (which happens 24 hours after the completion of processing the first sent amount), then retrieving the subsequently sent coins will be impossible, as this order no longer exists in the system.
We strongly advise you to monitor the sending process closely and, in case of any issues, promptly get in touch with our support service.
To retrieve the funds sent again:
1. Contact our support team through the form on the website under the "Support" section.
2. Have your Letter of Guarantee ready, as it's a mandatory requirement for data verification.
3. Upon your request, you'll immediately receive an automated response. Data verification can take anywhere from 20 minutes up to 12 hours in rare cases.
4. After verifying the details of your request, your coins will be returned to the address they were sent from or to the address specified in the Letter of Guarantee, minus the system fee. The transfer will take no more than an hour.
5. Note that only the blockchain network fee will be deducted from the returned amount. There are no other hidden charges or fees.
6. If you've lost your Letter of Guarantee, the system might initially struggle to verify the authenticity of your refund request. However, as a last resort, you can send a signed message from the address of your cryptocurrency wallet from which the payment was made to prove the transaction. If you send coins to the provided address 24 hours after creating the order, that order and its associated address will have already been removed from the system. For this reason, the mixing system will ignore your transaction and won't process it.

WHAT IS THE SERVICE FEE?
The service fee needed for proper work of the system is 0.0003 BTC for every receiving address provided by you and from 0.4 up to 5.0 % for the whole order. The Letter of Guarantee is a confirmation of Tumbler.io obligations. According to it, you can always prove the fact you've made an exchange with us.
After a Bitcoin address has been created for you to send your coins to be anonymized, we forward to you a digitally signed verification to confirm that the provided address was created by our service. This confirms the validity of the transaction for you to get assured the coins being forwarded to the correct address.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY CLOSED THE BROWSER WINDOW BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMATION OF MY TRANSFER?
There is no need for concern. You do not have to stay on the page once the sending address is delivered. Transfers will be automatically processed according to the order including all delays that you set up. In case you didn’t send any amount to the sending address provided by tumbler.io during 24 hours, so just create a new order.
